Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOP Hub platform ("Service") operated by Aruon AI ("Aruon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SOP Hub is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform that enables organizations to manage, search, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") to their staff. Access is provided on a per-organization basis. Individual user accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator.
2. Accounts and Access
Your account is created by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Two-factor authentication (email verification code) is required for all accounts. You must maintain access to the email address associated with your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of individuals who have not agreed to these Terms.
3. Organization Administrator Responsibilities
If you are an administrator of an organization on SOP Hub, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all content you upload or create does not violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Ensuring user accounts are created only for individuals authorized to access your organization's SOPs
- Deactivating accounts promptly when individuals leave your organization
- Keeping your organization's SOP content accurate and current
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is otherwise harmful
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the SOP documents and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Aruon AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to your organization.
Aruon AI does not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with other organizations.
6. Intellectual Property
The SOP Hub platform, including its software, design, and AI features, is owned by Aruon AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform itself.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aruon AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated answers are informational only and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, or professional advice. Always verify critical information against your authoritative SOP documents.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your organization's data for 30 days following termination to allow for export, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
